Returns

Our refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which provides consumers with rights to refunds or replacements in certain circumstances.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credits for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before making a purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item you purchase:

  • Is faulty or develops a major defect.

  • Is significantly different from its description, sample or advertisement.

  • Does not perform as expected or as advertised.

If your item falls under any of these conditions, please contact us at support@captainslounge.life within 30 days of receiving your order, providing:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Return Costs & Process

If your return is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where required by law.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • Items must be returned in original condition, including all packaging, tags and accessories.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

•    If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10 business days
•    If a replacement is requested, we will arrange for a new item to be sent.

Exceptions & Exclusions

  • Refunds or replacements will not be granted for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

  • Some items, such as hygiene related products are not be eligible for return.
